Launch Date: November 2009
Eloise Grey launched her British heritage tweed label in 2007 with a collection of highly successful ladies’ coats. Following this prize-winning debut she expanded her range and now, due to popular demand, she had launched a capsule collection for men. Grey works with ethical and organic speciality tweeds woven by the Isle of Mull Weavers.
The philosophy behind the label is to produce very fine clothing that last a lifetime. Grey works with skilled outerwear makers in the UK to ensure quality and to keep a more personal connection with the makers. She has stock and makes to order from her collection, allowing customers to select the tweed they like and request modifications.
The menswear collection includes a jacket, overcoat and gilet and is dedicated to writer, Somerset Maugham. Eloise Grey’s work is inspired by mid 20th century writers.
