As Executive Creative Director, Glenn has worked with clients such as Bass, Boots, Diageo, The Royal Mail and SABMiller.

Glenn graduated from the London College of Printing with a First Class Honours Degree in Graphic Communications. He joined Lock Pettersen in 1973, specialising in Annual Reports and Corporate Communications for clients such as Union Carbide, Rank Xerox and Dow Chemicals.

In 1983 he joined the packaging and corporate identity company Michael Peters as Creative Director, creating identities such as Guinness PLC, Alliance and Leicester and Allied Dunbar. Glenn then went on to co-found Tutssels, with it's then sister company Lambie Nairn, creating the unique offer of branding both on and off screen for companies such as Powergen, S4C and BT.

Glenn has won numerous awards for his work including six prestigious USA Communication Arts Awards of Excellence, four International Clio Awards, the Royal Mail's Roland Hill Award and four D&AD Silver Awards.

He served on the Executive Committee of D&AD for four years and now sits on the Royal Mail Stamp Advisory Committee, in a design quality capacity.

With a special interest in helping the young creative talent of the future, Glenn holds external examiner posts at numerous major UK art colleges.
